I work in service for a car maunfacturer. I understand the danger of giving advise over the phone as well as the dynamic of losing potential business. When you give advise over the phone unfortunately customer's hear you are taking responsibility for what they do at that point.That being said I had a phone conversation with James who gave me some diagnostic aids over the phone and I ended up finding the issue. His patience and desire to help me were greatly appreciated and this is the kind of service that will bring me back and recommend the business. You won't hear from most customers except when they complain, I wanted to make sure he heard from me because he did a killer job. Highly recommend!
