I have done business with this floral shop for over 25 years, although not on a regular basis since I moved out of the area. I recently needed a special arrangement delivered to a funeral service on very short notice. The staff was wonderful and the flowers were stunning, exactly to my specifications, and were delivered the same day! I noticed when I was looking up the number on line that there was only one review, which was less than favorable, and was concerned that things may have changed in the years I have been out of the area, but I ordered from them anyway. I am certainly very sorry for the customer who had a bad experience, because I do not think that is "normal" for this business. My recent experience was exactly the same as it has always been ... prompt, professional service, reasonably priced, and exceptional quality !

I ordered flowers for my Mom online to be delivered on Feb 8th. I received a phone call from Jerry's the 8th late afternoon, stating they couldn't fill my order for the price on their website. The lady on the phone was rude and made no apologies for their false pricing on the website. I told her she should update their prices on the website if they weren't correct. She said it would take too much time to do. She was so rude and uncaring that I cancelled my order and chose another florist. Beware buyer, I wouldn't use them ever again!!! Very dishonest business practice!
