They accept Delta Dental which is why I started going. Dr. Koester and his crew are easy going and always good to me. I have been going for 4 years and I have never had a problem (scheduling, dental work, etc).



To the other comments being made: It's real simple, allow time to arrive early. As for the cavity- of course they are only allotting time to clean, that's the only logical/good business practice to have. The cavity filling requires extra time so another appointment is necessary. Many doctors do that. When I have cavities they usually can get me back in w/in the week to fill!

If you like your dentist's office to be uncaring, inflexible, unfriendly, cold and take twice as many visits as other practices...then this is your place.



I have had two appointments, both were examples of bad customer service and a generally uncaring attitude towards their patients.



I was five minutes late to my first appointment (I made a wrong turn) and was turned away, told to call to re-schedule an appointment. That was enough for me.



My daughter had an appointment today, her teeth were cleaned (in under 5 minutes) the dentist came in and looked at her. Said she had the same cavity as last time and left the room. The hygenist then informed me that I would have to set up another appointment to have it filled. Why? Because I hadn't mentioned when we set up the appointment that she would need a cavity filled. I pointed out that she was already there, we had been in the room for 10 minutes..why not now? She checked with the dentist and he said that he didn't have time to do it. I said I thought that was ridiculous. The hygenist then called me rude and threatened to not seal my daughter's molars. We left.



That will be the last time we go there.
