Great location for anyone in Roaring Fork valley! Easy to get packages in to store. Owners snd people working there are awesome, very helpful, and have great ideas on shipping packages, etc…and all the shipping supplies I need!

The Basalt, Colorado location will make you never want to use UPS again. I gave them $80 to send five things and then I needed a DirecTV box to be sent back that they needed to wrap. They took my $80 and told me that I would have to wait until there were no more customers in the store before they would wrap my DirecTV box. I asked if I could just get the receipt to prove that I have dropped it off and they said I could come back the following day, which I live an hour away. It got to the point that I almost stood outside the door to turn customers away so I could have my turn since they will not deal with my package until there were no customers left in the store.They were very rude and very unknowledgeable about everything I asked them. Then they broke the bottle of olive oil that I wrapped in heavy bubble paper, you couldve drop that thing from my balcony. And then told me they did not think that they would pay me a claim nor give me back my original shipping money but they would let me know when about eight days. He didnt think they would pay me a claim because I wrapped it myself. Isnt that what most people do for UPS packages! I asked for the package back and they told me they threw it in the trash. Really? FedEx has comparable and sometimes better prices, I was used to using UPS so I did as I always do when I moved here. Never again, FedEx is closer and has far better service. Shameful!
