Its shop is equipped with state-of-the-art sheet metal fabricating equipment, including Vulcan 2400 plasma arc cutters, various 100-feet per minute roll-forming machines, and high-frequency welding machines for stainless steel and aluminum. The company s specialty shop fabricates various items in the sheet metal line, including automatic and fire dampers, access doors, convector covers, stainless steel hoods, sump pans, eliminator blades, aluminum and galvanized louvers, breachings, electrical cabinets, and junction boxes. CMC Sheet Metal is a National Energy Management Institute-certified energy management contractor. It has more than 5 radio equipped company trucks and digital trunked radios.
