USAA - STAY AWAY!
This is the most IN·COM·PE·TENT shop that I have ever been too! There were numerous problems with the repair of my Toyota Tundra that I pointed out to the mgr. I went back to get the issues corrected 3x's. Each time I went back I discovered things that were not repaired. The manager profusely apologized each time and made promises to correct the issues. I even sent pictures of a buddy's truck to show what was needed. At one point, the mgr. asked me to help look for parts! I inquired with to the Toyota dealer and they had no problems finding the parts. This shop's mgmt., QA and prof. is UN·AC·CEPT·A·BLE! Once they notified me that my truck was ready for pickup. When I arrived, my truck had not even been touched. Their excuse was that the receptionist was new. IN·AD·E·QUATE! On my last walk around with the mgr., and pointing out unrepaired items, I finally went to a different shop. If your ins. co. is USAA, DO NOT! let this shop make a dime off of us! MSG - Retired.
