Accent On Beauty is the best kept secret in town. I have been spending my summers here for years and driving back to Philadelphia to get my hair done. Since I have moved here now, I not only get my hair cut and colored, I take advantage of the membership packages and treat myself to facial and massages regularly for a reduced price I can afford. I will go to any of the girls they are all good and are very helpful to each other.

I can't believe the review that "bridesmaid" gave this terrific Salon! I was married in Cape May this June and Accent onBeauty provided hair & makeup for me and my party on a Sunday. They told us up front what the price would be for each as well as the opening cost. I had called other Salons in the area and this is a standard practice. This Salon is highly respected and recommended by others. We looked beautiful at our wedding and our hair lasted until the next day!! This bridesmaid sounds like a real piece of work who is making up lies in order to ruin this Salon's reputation. Is this considered libel or slander? I love this Salon, everyone was very friendly and skilled. By the way, all the licenses w/pictures of the entire staff were hanging on the wall in plain site. No "trainees" here! Can't wait to go back for facials/massages on my anniversary next year!

This salon is wonderful. I would suggest anyone who is getting married in Cape May, to go to Accent on Beauty. The stylist were up to date in all of the latest styles for my bridal party. They knew what styles would go well with each of our face shapes, and what would be most attractive. Besides making us look great, the staff was kind, and attentive. If you want the best, there is no better place. Thank you Accent on Beauty, for making my wedding the dream day i hoped it would be. Jennifer Smith married 8/2/08

Please do NOT go here. They are scammers! I was just in my friend's wedding and she signed a contract with this place. Since the bride signed a contract that means she was taking care of the bill, well when the girl finished my hair she asked who was paying for it, I told her well since the bride has a contract with them she is, the girl tried getting money from me in addition. One of the other bridesmaid's had hair and makeup done (by a girl who was NOT licensed- she was a trainee) and got charged cash only for her makeup no receipt given and then the bride was also charged for the makeup job (charging twice). The bride was WAY over charged plus they charged a fee to open on a Sunday. When her parents went to pay the bill they declined taking her credit card (even though their brochure says they take it) so they wrote a check and the girl took it. As we got to the church for the wedding the owners of the salon were causing a scene outside demanding the family pay cash yet refusing to give back the check- saying they didn't want to leave a "papertrail". Such a hassle!Not only that but the job they did was less than stellar... As soon as I left the salon my hair style fell out and my sister had to pin it back up for me. One of the other bridesmaid's had to redo her hair too.

Tried to ripe us off, wanted cash only, would not provide a receipt DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS PLACE!!!!!!!
