This complex is for college students. Those who are complaining about the noise obvious aren't used to college kids. I currently live here. The noise isn't bad. Yes, you can hear the people above you if they walk hard, however, if you live in a townhouse or another apartment, it would be the same. I've lived a lot of places. There aren't really parties all the time, like most people think. There are parties, yes, but not 24-7. Also if a party or persons are too loud, its really easy to ask them to be quiter, or contact one of the residential assistents. The price is not bad once you consider everything. What is in the price is your own room and bathroom, along with the common area. It also includes water, sewer, tv, internet, ect. It also has a decent gym (for an apartment complex), salt water pool (no chlorine!), and free tanning. New management has taken over last year. So things are much better than in the past.
