General Info

We purchased Midtown Clinic in October of 2011. We opened with the goal of providing top quality health services to the local patients. We made plans to open our weight loss center in March 2012. We welcome  All Medicaid & Medicare Patients as well as cash and insurance carriers.(Private Insurance for the health clinic only.) We accept Medicare and Medicaid for both our health and weight loss center. If you don't have an appointment, feel free to walk-in.

We provide proffesional help in weight loss services. We provide a month supply of Phentermine as part of your office visit each moth if you are approved. We also offer Lipo B-12 injections which helps break down the fat by directing it through the liver and into the stool. Lipo B-12 injections also gives you energy and makes you feel better.
