Bruce the Service Advisor who wrote up what my car needed which was a GM Recall is very helpful answering all my questions. I've had my Malibu in previously such as brakes and never had a problem with them. Staff seems to be friendly enough also.

I love this service department. They service all of our Chevys. Just recently I purchased a 2014 Camaro and the whole transaction was a pleasure.
Be careful! They charge a flat diagnostic fee for everything. They do NOT disclose this practice until after they have your car and keys. They had my vehicle for six hours recently for breaks and didn't do the brakes but did charge me the "diagnostic fee." I had to pay it to get my keys back. $100 plus tax! Very disappointed. I will not go there again and my next vehicle will NOT be a Chevy.
