- Gourmet Seafood Market: We have two sides to our market. Our onsite fish cutters filet fish daily for the fish side. Our offering includes all of your local as well as northern favorites. The second side uses our fresh fileted fish topped with a wide variety of gourmet crusts and marinades. These" We Make-You Bake" items are served in baking tins with instructions for your convenience. We understand that cooking seafood can seem like a daunting task. We pride ourselves on our ability to guide our customers through the process. If you are ever unsure and would like to know more about a product or cooking method feel free to call and speak to one of our highly trained sales associates. Wholesale: We have been servicing restaurants in lee and collier counties for over 20 years. and currently deal with over 300 restaurants in the area. Everything about Merricks is simply amazing. The prepared food is excellent, the fish is always the freshest, the service is fantastic, and its a local family owned and operated business since it opened 20 years ago! You cant get any better than Merricks when it come to seafood in the Cape. I highly recommend the crab stuffed grouper, its my favorite!!

I have to say in season they practically give the shrimp away at 3.00 a lb. it is the sweetest and most fresh seafood around. Call ahead to make sure they have some because it goes quick when it comes in

Their recommendations on how to cook is excellent. Their prices are acceptional, both on fish and meat, (hope they don't change). Looking forward to a continuing relationship, since we've moved to Cape Coral. Have recommended to many friends. Thanks for a great purchase of seafood and meat.
