If you are looking for unprofessional, incompetent,rude and heartless staff. Not to mention, you set an appointment and his office staff does not do there job of follow up with an insurance company. You go for your appointment time, THEY set for you and find out NO ONE knows you from 2 offices which then I have to go back in my vehicle to make phone calls to rectify this matter, that THEY were handling a couple days prior. I rectified the matter and go back into the office for a fax number and was informed by this rude Peggy desk clerk that the fax is NOT working AND here is the TOPPER!!! Doctor David S Andrews will NOT see me know, I had to set another appointment!!!!! So if you need a doctor like this,go for it, BUT I suggest that you move on to someone whom has a much better staff and doctor. Like I did. I must say he may have did me a Hugh favor and saved me from wrong diagnosing. I really did not even want to rate this a one star but had no other choice.

this is the worst group practice I've ever seen. The doctors and staff act like they're doing you a big favor by seeing you. They give you contradictory information and between the different office locations, don't tell you accurate information. They assume you know what they are talking about and if you dare question them, you'll be handed your head. Horrible customer service/bedside manner!
