I am so glad I called your company to schedule an appointment before I replaced my carpets. With my 3 dogs living here, I thought I had no other choice! After your Technician left here, I was still a little concerned that he wasnt able to get the smell out and clean them, but now even after several days have passed, they still look really good, and the smell is so much better. I could tell as he was cleaning each room he took extra time and effort and he really cared about what he was doing.
