Consider yourself lucky you are not being sued. George installed our walk-in and linen clostes on 10/04/2016. He neglected to install the two rear screws for the bottom drawer slides. My bride pulled the drawer out and it fell on her foot. Had the drawer been full it might have broken several toes as she was barefoot.

A response indicating some reprisal is awaited.

Just installed today! I had a fantastic experience with Closets By Design from beginning to end! I found the staff to be professional and courteous. The materials and installation are quality. So happy we chose this company for our dream closet!

I had the same experience as customer 1975. The closets are nice, but the Owner didn't offer much design guidance or suggestions and I ended up with a closet that was almost inaccessible because of the way the door swung. He was very rude in addressing this, and charged me to fix a problem that should not have happened. Now, there is damage to one of the closets and he is equivocating about responsibility. I found him to be very rude. He talks too much and doesn't listen to customers and has a very aggressive attitude. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
