Horrible Customer Service! - I tried to rent a boat from Caloosa River boat rental 2 weekends ago on a Saturday - they don't answer at first and when I call a second time. The answering women asked me if I already spoke to them a moment ago. I explained they didn't answer - she proceeded to tell me YES I already spoke to you and told you NO! I was confused and told her she was mistaken. She repeatedly told me that she knew who I was and I was not going to get a boat as a "21 year man that is trying to get a boat illegally with my other young friends" - I told her no - I am with my family and 2 children all with a licence and old enough to rent a boat. She was so rude and sure of herself when she was in fact, wrong. She then said she has no boats for me. I told her next time get your facts right before talking to a customer like that and hung up the phone. - She called me right back explaining to me how she just had a customer tell me these things that sounded like me. I told her that even if I was that person that she shouldn't be talking to any customer like that. Especially when she could be talking to the wrong person. I said she was unprofessional and she needs to change the way she handles future situations such as this. She told me to get a life a hung up the phone on me. She sounded like a teenager and that needs some counseling.

Never rent from this place!! The owner is a scammer and yelled at my wife while she was holding my 18 month old daughter because his boat didnt work. He left us stranded for 3 hrs before he finally came and got us. I have never felt so disrespected in my life. I will be reporting him to the better business bureau.

Horrible costumer service. I made a reservation a week ago and when I got to their location they weren’t at their business to open. I called the business and the guy said ... what do you mean no one is there... someone should be there... after we established that no one was there he said that we couldn’t take the boat out because of the weather... weather was in fact not great a little overcast, but we didn’t get a phone call, text, email... and he just only said you can’t take the boat out do to that fact that no one was at his location to open the business like they should. So we were not rented he boat now was it because no one was at the business to open up like they were supposed to in the first place or was it because of the weather? Hmmm. We had numerous people Take off work, hire a babysitter for the day, drive from numerous cities away to go out for the day and enjoy the day on the boat just to be turned away because someone decided they didn’t want to show up for work

Owner has anger issues. Threatened to commit fraud by charging us 3 days for a boat we only used for 1 day.

Very nice and clean boat with powerful motor. We had a lot of fun boating to the islands beaches and had a really great day on the water.

Prcing was absolutely OK, 200$ for a whole day ... thats very competitive.

VERY CLEAN Boat, My son and I had a great time and for only $99.00 it was a bargain
