Prior customer, about 10 years ago to tow a pickup. I will never go back, strictly based on the service.

Also, as a 15+ year local I have used a few U-Hauls through them, for various moves. Every time it is a nightmare. Staff and the customer service is lackluster. Just rude people.

Every time I have been here, there have been issues dealing with these folks.

Please go elsewhere, they do not value you as a customer.

Prompt and Professional

Broke down on I-5 about 10 miles south of Canyonville. My husband made some calls from home and Bills Towing was on their way within an hour. They towed my truck and horse trailer to a local mechanic and gave my daughter and I a ride to the casino. Thanks sooooo much for your help :-) I know it's your job but I REALLY appreciate all that you've done.

Efficient and capable

Our van just stopped on a part of I-5 where there was no mile marker or other identifying location information. Bill's Towing was recommended to our insurance company roadside assistance and we are so pleased that they were our rescuers. They took the time and effort to take care of us and helped to ease our distress about our situation. We would definitely recommend them!
