Step in House is amazing! I recently brought a custom embroidery request to them and was blown away by their service! Their service is friendly, extremely quick, reasonable, and absolutely professional. I mostly dealt with John, who was not only very accommodating but extremely prompt as well, but everyone I encountered during my visits were very kind.

I brought my custom embroidery request to Step in House with very little idea of how the process would work. John was very patient with me in explaining what would be required for this project and very straightforward with the process/pricing. The pricing was unbelievably fair for what I needed done, and John was helpful every step of the way. AND they did it in about a day (and this was no small task!), which is much faster than I expected.

As far as the embroidery goes: the colors choices were extensive, John helped set up a design that was EXACTLY what I wanted, and the finished product was absolutely stunning.

He spent time with me for an hour, designed the logo for me without charging artwork fee. The design looks great and I got my order next day. SO Fast!!
