VERY DISAPPOINTED! We have used Texas Tees in the past and have always liked supporting local business. Their quality in printing our multi color tees has been great.



Unfortunately the last time I ordered some shirts, there was a mix up on the image. I gave them a printed copy of the image and the digital version, but somehow they got confused and took an image off the signature line on an email I sent them and printed that on the shirts. Mistakes happen... we still had time to get the shirts reprinted... but the owner never made it right!



I talked with him once and he agreed to have the shirts reprinted for me the following Monday in time for my event. I went in to pick up the shirts and they were not done. The staff said they did not know anything about it and the owner was not in. That was disappointing.



I went back in the following week and talked to the owner again, and this time he told me that they would not reprint the shirts unless I paid for them a second time. He also told me that he would not refund any of my money because I didn't notice the error on the printing until I unpacked the shirts when I got home.



So our non-profit is out over $600 because of a printing error that their staff made and that I did not notice until I took the shirts home. HOW DISAPPOINTING! Buyer beware... do not just pick up your order if you are in a hurry. Make sure and inspect everything very carefully BEFORE taking it home.



In my opinion this whole mess involved unethical and unprofessional business practices. I can no longer recommend this company to others.
