They sold me a 2014 Volvo VNL780 that had been involved in an accident and they did not inform me prior to my purchase! I have had nothing but problems ($5000.00) so far with not return call from the sales Manager Buyer beware before you purchase of possible deceptions I I would never buy there again !!

I stopped by on a Saturday w a ck eng and, mil lites on hoping to get it cked out. They got me in found the prob. (Broken egr wire) and, had me out that afternoon. I couldn't be happier with the service and, professionalism.

Well just wanted Bobby & Craig to know. This Jan. 11th my Freightliner 132 turns 16 years old, & has been a good truck all these years. This was my very first brand new truck, I ever bought.it must of not been started or finished on a Monday or Friday. Going to keep her running, till they won't let me use her anymore. Thanks. I will tell you there is a reason this place has been around since the bible days..... knowledgeble parts and service guys, never ever a problem, I would recommend this place for any of your service needs

You have got to be kidding me!! I stopped in to pick up a part around twelve thrity to pick up a part for my brother in law

since I work in the area and there was a guy there that worked on the right side of the parts desk area that helped me HE WAS DRUNK!!! you could smell the booze on him through the horrible mouthwash cover up attempt!!!!! Besides that everyone seemed to be working their tale off!!! I Have never had any problems with this place, always freindly just stay away from the guy on the right (sorry I did,nt get his name skinny guy glasses, lol:) ) -Anna Marie

I walked in to buy parts, I live locally, and there was people waiting all over the place. There was what I believe to be the parts manager(heavy set fellow balding) wearing a different color shirt than everyone else. just sitting on a stool and talking to someone about his son. he just kept chatting away while everyone else was running their tail off. Every time you get the "privelage" off dealing with this person, its an inconvienence because he has to get off the stool to go get a part. Its because of this, I now drive over 100 miles round trip to get a part Call VALLEY in cleveland, they appreciate your business-Scott C. Canton, Ohio
