      Delivering a phone book in the middle of February after a foot of snow by tossing it in a bag into the very middle of every yard on our street doesn't seem like an effective way to live up to your promises to your advertisers. All those books went directly into the trash on garbage day. Inglewood Avenue- Rocky River, OH
