Founded in 1952, Saint Joan of Arc School serves students in pre-kindergarten through grade eight. The school s staff includes a nurse, psychologist, counselor, speech and language pathologists and teachers. It is accredited by the Ohio Catholic Schools Accreditation Association. The school offers classes in language arts, social studies, mathematics, science, and physical and religious education. Saint Joan of Arc School also operates ministry, chess, service and crusader running clubs. The school provides various opportunities to participate in sports activities, such as football, volleyball, basketball, and track and field. It additionally offers an accelerated reader program that is used to monitor and guide reading practices and help students in improving their reading skills.
