I wouldn't shop here unless you want to purchase defective merchandise and have them accuse you of lying about how it became defective and tell you to go fly. We purchased $12.00 socks at 7:00 Friday night for our son to wear the following morning at a tournament. My husband opened the socks Saturday morning upon arriving at the tournament to find a GAPING HOLE through the top of the sock and called immediately (9:00am) to tell them and explained since he had no other socks he had no choice but to wear the sock for the tournament and the person he spoke with on the phone told him they could exchange them. So, I take them in assuming this was an easy fix and the manager tells me there was no note from the person my husband spoke with and has no proof that WE didn't but the hole there and REFUSED to exchange the $12.00 socks. HE also said that there was no proof I even purchased the sock and he would need a receipt. Since there is a game at 8:00 in the morning out of town, I had no choice but to purchase yet another pair of socks. When I got back in the car I found the receipt and dragged my 2 overtired uncooperative kids back in to the store to PROVE I have the receipt and we did in fact PURCHASE the same socks the night before. The manager then proceeds to tell me that it doesn't matter he can't do anything about it. RUDE RUDE RUDE!!!! I'm not cheap, I'm not hard up for cash, I wasn't scamming them, if anything I was duped because NOW I have paid $24.00 to this disgraceful establishment for ONE functional pair of socks.I have been insulted, inconvenienced and treated extremely disrespectfully. If this review discourages one customer from going there GOOD!! They've earned it.

I buy all my soccer cleats at Soccer One. It is a great store!!
