The company is a scrap solutions provider, maximizing value by cross-marketing its complementary services and expertise to steel mini mills, integrated steel producers, foundries and scrap metal generators. PSC has one of the largest scrap collection and processing networks in North America. Operations are classified into five main business segments: recycling operations, brokerage, secondary plate, secondary pipe and mill services. The company is headquartered in Cleveland. It also maintains a branch location in Canton, Ohio.
