Mel always gets the job done quickly and with no hassle. He is polite and courteous, and always arrives when he says he will. His prices are unbeatable and he's always a pleasure to work with. A word to the wise, though. Because he's such a phenomenal plumber, and because his prices are so reasonable, he's almost always out on the job. So be careful when you're in your emergency situations - he may not be there at the drop of a hat, but when he gets there, he gets the job done right. I had a water tank burst last spring 2011. When I called, he was already visiting with another client. The wait was only a few hours (I'd say 2?) max, if I remember correctly.
