Smiling and promt. They finnished sooner than I expected. The small chips my wind shield are barely visable, and they took care of the insurance claim for me. I wallked out of there owing nothing. Another company wanted cash up front. The waiting room is beutiful also. Wonderful mirrors are displayed all over the sitting room. My experiance there was very pleasant. Stop by and see them if you need any kind of glass work repaired or replaced. You won't be sorry.
