Dr. Troxler and office staff - YUCK!! Getting my tooth pulled has been the worst experience of my life. After not seeing a dentist for 15 years (yeah, I know) I finally get insurance and without hesitation I went to the dentist about a broken tooth. Knowing I haven't seen a dentist in well, forever, the dentist precedes to take my tooth out without informing me I could've had a root canal and cap, INSTEAD OF AN EXTRACTION. I wasn't all the way numb when it got pulled, no matter how many times I told them, I still feel everything! A week later I've had dry socket for 4 days and seen my dentist twice to have him tell me it's all in my head. I insisted on him packing the extraction site for dry socket even though he swears there's nothing wrong. There was no reason my face should be on fire like this from my chin, to my ear, down my neck, to my shoulders. No other dentist will see me until I'm healed. Worst experience ever!! This dentist is a great dentist...Have been going to him for years...however, if you are trying to locate him and are using yellowpages....THE PHONE NUMBER IS INCORRECT....It is 330-453-7299
