      customer service is terrible!! I purchased a necklace from this store for over $300.I broke it and went to trade it in for cash and they tested it and it is magnetic!! I lost the receipt and for some reason I'm not in the computer...I wonder why cause they sold me a chain that wasn't solid gold!
