Terrible experience working with Coakley's in Canton for flooring. Purchased solid wood flooring from them and paid for them to install as well. Long story short... they didn't install properly and both rooms had the floors buckle and heave. No apologies or real concern on their part when I called. Dragged their feet and spent months trying to do as little as possible to remedy the problem. Finally said they would drop off new floors to replace. Switched out the Somerset brand grade A flooring with generic, builder grade seconds and tried to hide the fact by peeling all the stickers off the boxes. Let them install anyway and did another poor job. Floor still heaved in spots since they didn't screw down the sub-floor that was ruined from their first faulty install. The level of disrespect from a small business like this is why box stores are squeezing out businesses like this. Clearly would not recommend to anyone.
