The room rate came out to be $300 for two night stay. For that price I would expect to find cleanliness. As a mold remediation specialist, indoor environmental hygienist, building inspector, and contractor I want to stay in rooms which won't make me have concerns with the building......this was not the case here! The room given was on the backside of the building on the 3rd floor. The room was very small causing by family to have to climb over a bed to get by when someone is sitting at the desk chair. There is water staining on the walls in at least 3 areas from roof or HVAC leakage. Wallpaper was peeling off the walls in areas. There is mold growth on a couple areas in the shower. Dirt accumulation between the walls and floors around the entire room with small pieces of food and garbage noted behind and under furnishings as well as heavy dust built up on the wall paper behind the lamp. The sheets and pillow cases did not have a clean feeling...was almost sticky/moist.
