I am very unhappy. I made an appointment a week in advance to meet with them about my wedding decor. I arrived at my appointment to find out who I was meeting with would not be in untill after 3, my appointment was at noon. There was someone who was trying to help but was unable to locate any books that I could look through to help make my decision. She apologized and asked if it would be alright if someone called me later to reschedule my appointment, but no phone call yet.
