I'm leaving no stars, because this store location doesn't even deserve one. I went in there this past week to send out a few pre-paid packages. My packages were refused and I was called a "Freeloader" by the staff that works here (including the manager). I had no choice but to take my packages and leave the store. I was called a "freeloader" because they don't make money on the packages that I wanted to send out. I purchased my shipping from UPS and they are a ups store (listed on the UPS website). I see no reason why they shouldn't have to send my packages out. If you are thinking about going here, think again and go down the street. There is a much better store on Ford rd with helpful and courtous staff.
