I’ve been coming to the Canton location for 25 years and my 3 children have also been coming here for as long as they can remember I’ve never once had an issue with service FYI sometimes people have bad days sometimes people have misunderstandings and sometimes they should listen to their mothers advice - if you don’t have something nice to say maybe you should say nothing at all ! Customer service is very poor Stacy does not knowhow to adjust glasses went to the Garden CIty store to have them readjusted they did perfectly and put silicone nose pieces to prevent slippage of the glasses I am happy now will be going to Garden City for future adjustments.

I've been wearing glasses for 51 years so I've been to many eyeglass offices. This week we returned to the Garden City office where once again Nicole helped us out. She once again was very professional with me, now I usually know exactly what I want. My wife is new to the glasses game, so she had questions. Nicole took her through the process of exam, eyeglass choices, cost options, and why she needed a certain type of frame and lens. She took her time and made sure that my wife understood everything. She was very patient and professional, and I would reccomend her to anyone who asked! The office itself was very clean, the other staff was very professional, and in my opinion it was a very well run office. Prices and choices were very good. This is the 4th year that we have gone to this office and we will be using it for our needs in the future. Very seldom do you visit a business where the employees actually seem to like their jobs, but this was one of them.

I found my experience at Elite Eyecare to be wonderful. Amber took time to answer any and all of my questions. She was very friendly and helpful. I have been going there for almost 3 years and will continue to go there. I will and have told my friends and family to go to Elite Eyecare for great services. They are reasonable on there prices and will help you get the best deal. The docter was very good,took his time to answer my questions, and was on time with my appointment. All in all it was a great experence. Thank you to all the staff at Elite.

I WAS VERY IMPRESSED WITH EVERYTHING AT ELITE EYECARE. THE DOCTOR WAS GREAT, THE STAFF VERY PROFESSIONAL AND HELPFUL. THE SELECTION WAS VERY EXTENSIVE. THEY ALSO USED MY INSURANCE ALONG WITH THE SALE SO THE PRICING WAS GREAT. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.

I went to store in Garden city and i could hear the manager in the back arguing with the employee over my glasses. I thought the glasses took way too long. They also billed my insurance for something i did not recieve. I will never go back or refer anyone EVER!!!!

The ladies in the front are exceptional.
