I was VERY PLEASED with the customer service I got. I was sending flowers to someone who worked 3rd shift, so I was concerned about scheduling delivery during the small daytime window when she would be home and awake. CJ's not only made the delivery, they called me with up-to-the-minute details about it. I knew exactly when the delivery would happen, and they hit the time-window I'd hoped for. The recipient says the flowers are gorgeous. I would MOST CERTAINLY recommend and use this florist for ANY delivery in the Canton area!
