Horrible the nurse assigned to my case Carolyn Watson has used intimidation and scare tactics to try and force me to see one certain doctor. This being even against the referral of my neurosurgeon. I was in formed the Harbin clinic would kill me or turn me into a zombie. I am in a great deal of pain she has purposely sabotaged my case so I could not get proper pain management care. I can't believe the way I have been treated and the way she talks to me and the people at the current pain management center I go too. Which I have been paying for out of pocket. I am totally broke I got severely hurt at work, I have lost everything i own mostly due to this so called nurse advocate. She forced me to see Dr. Chin they must have some kind of arrangements be it financial or what but you might as well go to urgent care. Dr. Kroll and Dr. Lanier have shown nothing but the up most professionalism in their practice actually care about you n your health. I can not believe a nurse that took an oath to help her patients would act in such ways. Appropriate administrative action and punishment needs to be taken immediately and get this lady away from my case. She doest have clue with what's going on. I have been financially destroyed during this. Why should I suffer in pain,agony and sleep deprivation for trying to support my family and sick child.
