I didn't even make it into this place and I will never bring any animals there! I called yesterday to make an appointment and the receptionist was rude from the start. She was snippy and short with me and even cut me off while talking. But I made the appointment. She said she could put me in today at 4 45. So, I pack up my 12 week puppy who has barely been in a car and was terrified. Drive to the place, get there and they are closed on Wednesdays! I called the number I called to make the appointment and sure enough, it says closed Wednesday's. That's fine, but don't make me an appointment for a day you are closed!! I made an appointment somewhere else for tomorrow and they were already so much nicer. Other reviews on here said the receptionist was rude. They were definitely right!

Never bring your pet here. They are rude & refuse to exam your pet in the room with you. HUGE red flag. I heard someone screaming at a dog through the door.. Something just didn't feel right about that place or the vet.

The Dr here is awesome. A no nonsense vet. You won't find a more compasionant vet. Very knowlable. Treated my little Lucy like she was his own. So glad to have him in our area!!☺

Have never had problems here! Very happy with 4yrs of service provided for our (2)boxers. Very good Dr.

Please don't subject yourself and certainly not your pet to this group. It actually wouldn't take you very long to figure it out yourself, but this will save you some time and grief by avoiding up front.

It took forever to get anyone on the phone (during normal business hours) and once I did, the receptionist was very rude. I had a coupon so I made an appointment anyways for my cat to have his rabies vaccine done. Upon arrival, the receptionist on duty was also very rude as she snapped her commands at me. After waiting 40-45 minutes, with no reason given, I walked out. I will NEVER be back.

Love this place!!!!! The Dr. did surgery on my Little Baby Cakes for Kidney stones. I am very impressed by the loving way my baby was cared for by the whole staff. Thanks again for letting us have visitation time with her it eased our fears and I know helped Baby Cakes too. You are all such wonderful care providers.

I love Dr. Waller and so do both of my dogs! He has more knowledge than most vets...without all the fancy expensive and unnecessary test!

Horrible experience. No one introduced themselves. The receptionist was rude and acted annoyed. The nurse handled my 3 lb puppy like 50 lb. there was nothing warm, inviting, or caring. Very disheveled and unprofessional

My dogs -Thor and Bitty- and all of my family love Doc and have followed him to this new location. He and the staff are really great with animals and care enough not to put theit families thru unnecessary costs by running tests they don't need.

I have been using this veterinarian for quite some time now you will not find a more compassionate person than this gentleman right here I thank you so much for what you have done for me and my animal you are such a wonderful person thank you thank you thank you♡♡♡

I wouldn't take my animals anywhere else! Dr. Tony, Dr. Virgo, and their staff are amazing! They are honest and are very reasonably priced!

The only place to go if you love your dog

I called to make an appointment for 2 dogs- which need a lot of work done so I would be great client to have. They put me on hold forever. With that kind of service when they should be trying to get my business, I can only imagine the service you get once you actually do become a client. Not impressed. I will be calling someone else.
