The Highland Rivers Center serves individuals with mental illnesses, developmental disabilities and addictions. The center provides rehabilitative treatment and support services. It administers several crisis stabilization programs. The Highland Rivers Center also offers psychiatric evaluation, screening, and family, individual and group counseling services. The center also provides case management and foster, in-home support and respite care services. It additionally offers day habilitation, transportation assistance and residential services. The Highland Rivers Center serves the residents of Bartow, Cherokee, Fannin, Floyd, Gilmer, Gordon, Murray, Paulding, Pickens, Polk and Whitfield counties in Georgia. It is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities.
