I was very disappointed with the customer service at this place. The people were extremely rude, inconsiderate and disrespectful. They called and confirmed my appointment the day before. However, the day of my appointment after I drove 30 minutes to get there, they told me that they had canceled the appointment because the doctor had to leave earlier that morning. No apology, no phonecall ahead of time, no voicemail, no anything. I do not recommend anyone going here. Hopefully the doctor that I never got to meet is nicer and more professional than the other people that work there.
