Creekland Middle School offers classes in language arts, math, science, social studies and reading to students in grades six through eight. The school s curriculum also includes business education, Spanish and computers. Its extracurricular activities include chorus, drama, band and art. Creekland Middle School offers membership for various organizations and clubs, such as an academic team bowl, Science Olympiad, student council, and math, beta and book clubs. The school s parent-teacher-student association organizes various fundraising events and extracurricular activities. Its media center houses a collection of encyclopedias, dictionaries, magazines, newspapers, and fiction and nonfiction books. Located in Canton, Ga., Creekland Middle School is a part of the Cherokee County School District.
