Just had the best car buying experience tonight. The staff was polite and friendly - salesman Brandon N. did not make us feel pressured at all. The finance manager kept the payments where I need them to be with no hassle, very straight forward.

Excellent service as always! Had a problem with my 2011 Silverado idling real rough on start up and giving a "Engine Power Is Reduced" message on the display and the check engine light staying on. Made an appointment with Judy in Service. She was very caring and professional. I showed up, they found the problem within minutes and offered me a loaner car so i could get back to work. Throttle body was the problem and it was fixed under recall within a couple of hours. I have always had terrible dealership experiences until I started buying from Bill Holt. Y'all have a customer for life.

Went to this dealership with a vehicle in mind. Dewey was very courteous and considerate of my issues. The Sales manager was courteous t meet me at my price and Chris at finance was very personable and friendly to work with.
