I've never received service and love for my dog Bouclay like The Abundant Amimal Center offers my dog. From the receptionist to the Dr. they know my dogs name and charge a fair price. I love this place.

While trying to get medical records in order to care for an elderly patient, was put on hold for 20 minutes. Finally called back and no one even answered before putting me on hold again. Front staff was EXTREMELY rude when I was asking for vaccine history, and finally said they didn't have time to help me as they were too busy and I would have to call back another time!! They were VERY huffy every time they put me on hold, and I even heard another person in the background telling the receptionist to put me on hold to help her. As a person in the same field, I am appalled at the way they are treating clients! They are the reason Veterinarians get a bad name. The lack of simple courtesy was inexcusable! If you would like to be a number, rushed in and out the door by rude receptionists and people who don't have time to do their job properly, this is the place for you!

They are a great place. They really care about the animals and treat them like a member of the family. It's good to know there's a vet. that u can trust with your pets. When we took our dog to another vet. (Just a few doors south of them) They wanted to put him "down" an didn't give us any options to help him. The next day we went to abundant animal care he got sum X-rays and some meds. an in just a few days he was better. (And still with us today) They are great, I'd never consider taking my pets anywhere else.

Dr. Waller and his staff truly care about animals!
