Can It Be...Gluten Free bakery was started out of the owner's home in Canton, CT in order to provide fresh and delicious Gluten Free and Nut Free baked goods to help make the lives of others a little easier and tastier! The owner built a separate, fully equipped commercial kitchen in her basement, to be used exclusively for the business. The bakery offers breads, muffins, cupcakes, cakes, cookies, brownies, croutons, breadcrumbs and more!! Everything is baked fresh upon request.
