Mr. Kelso personally came to my home on a Saturday morning to bring me a part for my well pump. I was having my daughters wedding at my house in a few hours and if he had not repaired my well pump that day it would have been a disaster!! I had nearly 100 people at the house that day! Can you imagine not having any water!!?? He not only told me on the phone how to find out which part I actually needed, he promptly delivered it and installed it! On a Saturday morning! Right before he and his family were to go on vacation! He was very professional and kind. He did all this for the price of the part alone!! He knew I was in a financial bind and insisted I only needed to pay for the part. Sort of a pay it forward kind of guy. He was so nice!! Any time I need help with my well, he's DEFINATELY going to be the guy I call!
