Doesn't even deserve a one star. Very poor appraisal on my home cost me a refinancing. My CREDIT rating, finances EVERYTHING was approved EXCEPT the low appraisal killed the refinance. Beware of the appraisals. Not good at all. I tried to appeal it, but of course, she argued and HER appraisal stuck. A hung jury.
