i.e., A local favorite, or highly recommended becauseI have had a great experince with Happel Laser and the staff is very nice! I am so glad my dermatologist recommended Happel. When I first decided to have laser hair removal I called the place which the radio advertises, and they wanted me to sign a contract. At Happel I did not have to sign any contracts. Very professional medical office and that made me feel safe. I love the results I have received! I would definitely recommend Happel to others and will without reservation. Liz H.

I went to Happel Laser for hair hair removal for a second opinion after I had gone to a place that kept advertising on the radio every day. At the first place the y pushed me hard to sign up for 9 laser treatments that day but I told them that I had to think about it first. Thank God! AtHappel laser there was no hard sell. They were so nice, the results were great and it's the best thing I ever did for myself. Really. They didn't ask me to sign an expensive contract I couldn't afford. At Happel they were so professional and best of all my hair is gone. No more plucking and shaving. kudos to Cindy and the great staff who worked the appointments in around my schedule. Check them out before you sign anything. I found them from their recommendations on the Internet. Best of all the laser treatments aredone in a doctors office not a random spa or a laser business that made me feel more comfortable compared to the laser place that always advertises.

I would not recommend this facility or staff. The staff always act inconvenienced. They do not demonstrate customer service oriented behaviors. In addition, I scheduled a series of appointments for 6 pm. When they called to confirm my first IPL appointment, they had changed it to 5:30. This caused some hardship with work, since I was driving from Sarver, but I went anyway. Never having driven South of Pittsburgh during rush hour, I was surprised at the delay getting across the bridge. I realized I would be a few minutes late, so I called the office from 1-2 miles away. I was immediately told I would need to reschedule. I mentioned that my appointments were originally scheduled for 6 pm. I was then told that I had the 5:45 appointment, the latest available. I then stated "if I have the 5:45 appointment, I am 2 miles away, so I am on time." The woman stated, "we'll, the doctor said to have you reschedule." I am suspicious of only 5 star reviews. Suspect staff are leaving them.

I tried everything to get rid of the hair on my lip including waxing, electrolysis and even plucking. The results that I received at Happel Laser were amazing and so fast. The staff was professional and made me feel at ease. If you have hair that is embarassing I'd highly recommend this center!

I would like to share what is possible at the Happel Laser Hair Removal Center. The last 5 years before coming to the Happel Center had been really embarassing for me especially when summer came around. I was the one who always had my shirt on at the pool. I told everyone that I didn't want to get sun burned. The real reason was because my back looked like a sweater from all the hair. I finally made my mind up to do something about it and got all that hair lasered off at the Happel Center. This past summer I went swimming for the first time without a shirt. Props to Happel Laser Hair Center!!!

Unbelievable staff and results. Highly recommended!
