We assist customers through design, testing, and manufacturing processes, assuring product compliance to applicable National and International standards, prior to product submittal. Document Reviews- When your products are manufactured under general coverage of a safety standard and vary in construction, our product compliance engineers will review your drawings, bill of material, component specifications, for assurance of traceability, conditions of acceptability, compliance to the applicable product standards. Define test requirements based on product standards, provide reliable pre-certification testing, through partnerships with ISO17025 accredited laboratories. Help customers implement required production line testing and quality assurance methods. We will follow your project all the way through completion, and assist with follow-up inspections by the certification bodies. Verify compliance to the requirements, and address any findings or variation notices with a Root Cause/Corrective Action. We offer training for new hires, employee transitions, or new manufacturing growth, to help our customers to maintain compliance and employee knowledge base. Training DPC Industries provides product safety standard training, whether you are new to a product category, or have new employees, we will deliver our offerings at your facility, using your product as part of the training.
