My dog loves K9 design! They treat him like he's their own. He runs to the door each time we are there. They follow instructions so well to ensure you are happy with a cut, bath, etc. Now that they moved they are not as convenient for me, but I will travel knowing my cavalier king charles spaniel is loved and is safe!

MY poor dog still has a black discolored belly from razor burn. It still bothers her after 6 months! She stills licks it every day.

You better have your dog groomed before you take your dog here. They will shave your dog down if they aren't Perfect to groom. Their personalitys are something to be disired you will feel unwelcome as soon as you walk in. I have seen them walk away from dogs that are on grooming tables and my dog had a terrible razor burn on all of her paws after she was groomed there. It took them a day for them to call me back and never said they were sorry. What did it for me was the last time my dogs were groomed there the bather in front of me walked over to the groomer and whispered in her ear then the groomer said oh yeah I cut her paw with the scissors and both dogs had ticks on them. I am not the only person that feels this way how can someone be so miserable around dogs?

My Shih Tzu, Penny, loves going to K9 Design. Pulls me to the door. Jill one of the owners knows her stuff in grooming and handling dog personality. The location is close by. I recommend K9 Design to my massage clients. Why would I go else where?

We have a senior samoyed-if you are familiar with the breed, they are beautiful and furry. Grooming Snowy is a big deal. It takes patience, experience, and care. Snowy doesn't especially like going to the groomer and as he is getting up there in years, he has grown more attached to our family and not liking being left and seems to be getting more skin sensitive. But I know when I leave Snowy he is in the best care. And even if a difficult matting situation is found, the team at K-9 Design will work through it gently. Everyone is friendly and even though I forget to schedule my appointments in advance, K-9 Design is worth the wait. I will not take Snowy anywhere else. He comes home beautiful, happy, and healthy everytime.

We love these groomers for our dog. We have been going there for 2 years.
