This is a follow up review. Ive been doing business with NRG for over 15 years. They installed my last HVAC unit at a great price. NRG has been my only servicer on this unit. Even before I bought it, NRG was the only A/C company I used. Ive always been happy with NRG. Exception is last service call abt 3 weeks ago. During the call, tech did a good job, but wasnt completed. I was overcharged too much! He was here for about 40 mins. The details dont matter. WHAT DOES MATTER, is CORIN of NRG reached out to me, helped to resolve my issue, scheduled a 2nd service call with Stephen, a great tech who went over and above what was required. There was NO CHARGE for 2nd call. MY primary concern during 1st service call was due to high labor charged. I was charged way to much!! Corin worked to get a refund of $300 from my original invoice. Im very satisfied. I thank NRG for all help and support Corin provided. I recommend NRG to all. Thank you Corin !! Renee Sotero

We used Skynet recently to clean out my dusty air conditioner and out of all the companies we have used in the past they were by far the best as well as the most thorough. My son has terrible allergies and we have to get our vents cleaned frequently. Between the dust and the railroad tracks in Northridge that constantly kicks it up our home requires quite a bit of maintenance. But Skynet was meticulous even, wiping down some of our floor boards around the vents (no company did that before). In the future, I will always use them.

STEVE AND THE COMPANY DID A FANTASTIC JOB ON BOTH THEIR DAYS WORKING HERE. STEVE AND HIS EQUIPMENT SAVED US 60% ON OUR EDISON ELECTRIC BILL. NOW IM IN PROCESS WITH NRG SOLAR ON CITY PERMITS TO INSTALL MY NEW HIGH END SOLAR PANELS!! NRG Heating & Air conditioning Inc installed a new A/C and replaced our heater this summer. They were not the "lowest bid" but provided the best service and installation anyone could expect. The install was perfect - they went out of their way to install the new A/C without requiring a single repair and left the job site as if they had never been there - except for the fact that our house is perfectly cooled. The best of the best....

Team is very prompt, courteous, clean, the nicest guys you'll meet. Their main goal is to have a happy customer -- and they'll do anything to keep you happy. I've already recommended their work to friends of mine and will continue.
