Installed terrible duct work that leaked for 2 months. Tried to stay in contact with owner, failed 90% of the time. They also installed a unit too large for house. Owner stated "I knew it was too big but we chose that one anyway." When asked why he went ahead to install even though he knew it was too large? "I dunno, but we did."



Still cannot get these guys to come out and fix the duct work that has leaked since day 1.
