These folks did an installation of a sign that was designed and built elsewhere, so there were some modifications that had to be made. It took them extra time and effort. They completed the job and did a fine job with only minimal cost overrun for the modification work. The first installer they sent was under-experienced and over-whelmed by the project but they got someone else over who took charge and "got 'er done."
