I have lived there 1 1/2 years and have asked to have a leaking faucet fixed and have not gotten a response only when I have called and been told there are apartments to get ready to rent. Not very good at taking care of the tenants they have. Not pleased with the response.

My grandmother lived at Chosen Spot for a few years and loved it. They are apartments for seniors but completely independent living (I think there is an emergency pull cord in the bathroom, but that's about it). Perfect place for seniors who can still live on their own, but can't keep up with owning a house and all the maintenance. One - level living, no basements. Also, no garages - which I took a star off for. But some of the apartments face a nice wooded area. Just don't get one facing the wine company - not a nice view! Not sure of the cost, but my grandma isn't rich and she was able to afford it. She stayed there until she needed more care.
